Refunds
Majestic Doves Aviary LLC (M.D.A.) is not responsible in the unlikely event of issues during shipping. In the unusual event of sickness, and or death, or mis-placed shipment; customer agrees to contact Majestic Doves Aviary LLC immediately. M.D.A. promises to file an insurance claim with the USPS on behalf of the customer for the included shipping insurance. This insurance is automatically added by M.D.A. to cover the total cost of the adoption fee paid.
IF USPS approves this claim, M.D.A. promises to immediately forward the included shipping insurance upon receipt of payment from USPS. All insurance claims are subject to USPS terms, conditions and timeframes.
- There are no full refunds, credits or exchanges. This is an AS-IS SALE.
- If customer has a change of mind before shipping or pickup; please note there is a restocking fee. This fee is half the adoption fee paid at time of adoption.
Majestic Doves Aviary LLC has no control over the claims process.
